[x] DataTables 1.13.6 incl FixedColumns 4.3.0
[x] fix first column in case of scrolling
[x] activate horizontal scrolling when table is bigger than screen
[x] save the state of table settings like the number of items per page and sort order
[x] report menu option to reset table state
