Added highlighting Hover/Current playing track. #575

Description

It was quite difficult for me to find the current track, especially in the Dark's Brease. Therefore, I made such a backlight of the current track and also complemented the cursor and hover-effect mechanics a little.

Hello, thank you for this. makes sense...

I am adopting your suggestion to use the --color-primary-light for the isActive to match NC standard as e.g. Files. Same for the not-active-over to --color-background-hover
