v0.5 book does not explain how to use grid #454

Adding to grid requires multiple arguments to attach but I cannot figure out how to do that.

It's true, the book doesn't really cover this. In the meantime, you can have a look at this example: https://github.com/Relm4/Relm4/blob/main/examples/macro_reference.rs#L56
