To Reproduce

  1. Launch Reloaded-II
  2. Launch Application (Shin Megami Tensei V - Vengeance
  3. See error

Only using two mods, Da'at Battle Theme by DeathChaos and Catherine Font by Century_

Are you on the latest version of Unreal Essentials (1.1.1)? If you are then are you playing on Steam or the Microsoft Store version?

I don't think I was, but I went ahead and updated it to 1.1.1 thanks to you. I am using Steam, as Sewer56 mentioned, but I got what seems to be the same error after updating Unreal Essentials to 1.1.1.

Oh, you're using the wrong exe. That one is like a launcher, the actual exe is in the Project\Binaries\Win64 folder where the game is installed, it's called SMT5V-Win64-Shipping.exe. Switch to that and you should be fine.

@AnimatedSwine37 We should maybe add a warning via the Community Repo, like this one. Might help prevent this in the future.

I did think about doing that but I wasn't sure how, making a separate app like that that's just bad makes sense.
