Upon Mod Creation, display a wizard that allows the end user to select 'workflows'

Wizards are defined as .yaml in community repository; and they only give guidance how to get started with a type of mod.

They are limited to:

Linking a new Mod with a Dependency.
Linking the User to Relevant Documentation.
Setting up Required Folder Structure.

There's a crucial piece missing, which is executing binaries in other packages. This must be done and documented as we expect cross platform binary availability.

This is now done as of f516aab3ce11619d10ad242893b7e65aa16780ea , and previous changes.

The linked issue, #22 , there is still need to support multi config files per mod.
