TEMP/WIP [IDEA] R3 Workflows

Upon Mod Creation, display a wizard that allows the end user to select 'workflows'

Wizards are defined as .yaml in community repository; and they only give guidance how to get started with a type of mod.

They are limited to:

• Linking a new Mod with a Dependency.
• Linking the User to Relevant Documentation.
• Setting up Required Folder Structure.
