Fan control curves inverted. #1753

Fan control curves inverted On my system, the curves needs to be inverted for them to function. I edited the curves like you normaly would, with a low fan speed at low temperatures, and 100% at your preferred limit. Then i started gaming and i noticed my fps dropping and i look to see all the fans have stopped. I tried with manual control and it's the same, 0 on the slider gives me 100% fan speed and vica versa.

Relevant hardware specs and setup Asus x470 gaming-f motherboard Fans conneted to mobo.

This is most likely a problem with the LHM implementation for your board.

See if you get the same behavior by manually setting a fan speed by right clicking a control is LHM.

I got the same results from setting it manually, as stated above. I do believe this is a problem with fancontrol or the underlying project, as the issue seems to come and go upon restart of the system. Some times fan control works like it should, some times i get the inverted functions on the curve and manual control.

I've used 3 other fan control software and no other software has acted like this.

I have a similar issue after over 6 months of it being a non issue, not sure if it is in the latest update or what. I am glad I caught it as the hotter my CPU would get the lower my fans would run.
