Fancontrol.exe doesn't start at all

Setup: CPU: i7 9700 MSI Z390 A-PRO Rtx 2070 super 32gb trident rgb 3200mhz

Saw the program on JayzTwocent's video, downloaded it first time (never had it before) double clicked on Fancontrol.exe, the blue spinning circle appears next to the cursor for a bit then nothing shows, not even a pop up it doesn't even show in task manager as a background task. I tried doing running it as an administrator and the same thing happened, blue spinning circle for a second then nothing. Any idea of what's going on? Does it have anything to do with Task scheduler? Because I have a problem with it (Picture below) . I tried to fix it using many methods from the internet and from youtube videos with no effect. From what I know it only uses Task scheduler to run the program automatically and if so is there a way to start it manually ?

You might want to do a repair on your windows installation. There are ways which preserve your program file stuff and data.

Playing around that issue is just prolonging the pain. What Windows version by the way?

Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 19045.3086

I installed FanControl_net_7_0 and it works but FanControl_net_4_8 doesn't for some reason. Fancontrol.sys is still an issue with avast. Detected as a vulnerable driver. Although I tried to add some plugins while it was running but then removed it later and now it has issues exiting, I tried the X in the top right corner, doesn't do anything, 3 Dots --> Exit, doesn't do anything too, right click and exit from task bar also doesn't do anything. The only thing that works is ending task in task manager
