Feature Request: Manual input custom sensor #2371

Adding a manual input custom sensor would be really helpful to make tests on fan curves.

The way this would work is like the manual control slider on the fan speed, expect that this one controls the temperature on a fake sensor in the Custom sensor section.

Just a suggestion - you can use a file input sensor or an offset input sensor using one of the dummy sensors of your motherboard that always show the same value.

^ File sensor is the way to go to do such tests.
