Same issue. I tried deleting it after following some instructions but it seems to come back after every reboot. Also having issues with controlling some of my (Gigabyte) motherboard fans.

Same bro, Gigabyte Aorus X570S Elite AX. The cooler's control doesn't works and noises like a plain, only FanControl save me from this shit

Yeah, but I would like to save FanControl functions, not delete

inpoutx64.sys is required to get those second set of fans working on Gigabytes boards. There isn't alternative kernel drivers available.

Is InpOutx64 necessary for fan control to work for AMD cpu's? I have a 5600x and the setup assistant says it is for Ryzen SMU?

Idk, but looks like we all Ryzen user's with Gigabyte motherboard. I'm a 5950x and x570 Aorus elite ax

You may disable it, but you may lose 1 or 2 fan headers, aka those running on that second chip on those Gigabyte boards.
