You don't need to run the calibration/assisted over and over again.
What you need to figure out first is which fan channels (controls) in the software are wired to your 3 splitters + your pump, for a total of 4 control cards/speeds.
I just realized something, that splitter with two fans has 3pin fans, could that be the problem?
Not necessarily, most motherboards support both PWM and DC in the bios.
Ok thanks, ill look into it, have another issue. Already calibrated splitter that is tied to the graph profile, keeps jumping from 60% to 26% and 31% while graph output is 60%, also it says This control does not resopnd properly to the current command, and there's a question mark...
Your motherboard bios/armory crate/fanXpert is probably still on.

Ok, i disabled FanXpert on armory crate, its still jumping, should i do anything in bios?
Circled in red keeps jumping up and down.
Any kind of fan curve set in the bios must be disabled.
Hello. After installing the patch with new calibration feature, right away noticed that FC having troubles assigning correct fan channel. For example, i have 3 fan splitters in the system, one has six Corsair SP120 fans, second one has four Corsair SP120 fans, third channel has two fans and there's also a water pump in the system. Right now having troubles assigning two fan splitter and at one point FC was controlling both the two fan splitter and a water pump at the same time, i got it to just control the pump, but my two fan splitter is not being controlled. The other day i had similar issue with FC was controlling my 4 fan splitter with the water pump and i managed to fix it by numerous recalibrations and assisted resetaups. Any ideas?
My motherboard is ASUS maximus hero z790
