Cpu control not working anymore #2692

Describe the bug My cpu fan controls are not working anymore since V199. I have a liquid cooler. I can see both Pump and radiator fans rpm, but i can't force their speed.

Is there a log.txt file next to FanControl.exe with recent date entries? no

Relevant hardware specs and setup CPU i7 14700kf Cooler: LT720 deepcool

Downgrade to V198 to confirm V199 is the culprit?

Hello, when i upgraded to V199 i didn't remember which version i actually had, i tried to reinstall every version till i found one without this "bug" and i found out V185 is working.

Also to give more informations, I can force the pump to stop but not the radiator fans in V199, in V185 i have perfect control of both.
