Now the mesher is able to mesh from a cubit/trelis project. 2 options:

Mesh from .cub project

Indicate in 'MOT_paramters.json' `"structure_and_materials":{"project_files":"name_of_the_project.cub",......}
Run the script mesher.py with trelis mesher.py json_input='MOT_parameters.json

Mesh from STEP files

Indicate in 'MOT_paramters.json' "structure_and_materials":{"project_files":["stepfile1.step","stepfile2.step"],......}
Run the script mesher.py with trelis mesher.py json_input='MOT_parameters.json
