One caveat of the current behaviour law (apart from being 2D) is the fixed temperature (and fixed concentration) at the top surface.

A way to alleviate this would be to:

Set an implantation dirichlet on top ( c = (1-r) incident_flux implantation_range / D(T) )
Set a heat flux on top
make the quantities X = heat flux and Y = (1-r) incident_flux implantation_range (instead of X=Temperature top and Y = top concentration)
