[Snapshot Inspector] Entire Snapshot should be visible on launch #102

Currently, when you open a Snapshot, it is not always entirely visible, especially if it is large. You have to zoom out to see the whole Snapshot, which is not a great user experience, so we should scale the Snapshot so that is entirely visible on launch and let users zoom-in instead.
