Hidden windows are shown again when taking Snapshots #105

After hiding windows (eg. tree view panel, element properties panel) using the toolbar, they can be shown again if you take a Snapshot, they should stay hidden.

Fixed with commit c49106dfd8630e4d56e3a3a73f7bcda65eaf2087.
