It would be useful to let users configure the app to their liking. Here's a list of things that could be changed in the settings.

Functional:

Target hover delay
Selection modifier key
Hotkeys
Screenshots target directory
Logs target directory

Styling:

Selected element outline color
Target element outline color
Distance outline color
Dimensions/Distance text color
Dimensions/Distance text font (family/size/weight)
Element outline width
Distance outline width
