Launch app with keyboard shortcut #33

It would be nice to be able to launch the app using a keyboard shortcut. You can assign a keyboard shortcut when you create a shortcut to your .exe, so we could do add the option to create a Desktop shortcut along with a keyboard shortcut during installation.

Added steps to create a keyboard shortcut to the User Guide wiki page, should be good enough for now so closing, we can re-open if there's an ask.
