It could be interesting to be able to define an area to which UI element inspection is limited so as to avoid the overlay getting in the way of irrelevant UI elements.

Taking a Snapshot of the relevant area (eg. using Rectangle Snapshots) would allow users to focus on that specific area as desired. This feature now seems redundant, closing.
