Zoom in/out in Snapshot inspector even outside of Snapshot image #88

Currently, the Snapshot inspector only allows for zooming in/out while scrolling over the Snapshot image. When the Snapshot is small or very zoomed out, it becomes hard to zoom back in so we should be able to zoom in while hovering any part of the inspector.
