Support for custom Plex URL #28

Instead of app.plex.tv it would be nice to be able to customize this URL (e.g. plex.example.com)

This issue is a duplicate of #21, I'm closing this one in favor of the other one.

I was not able to find the time to work on this feature but it is still on the roadmap.
