Fix some errors in price history update process #36

There has been two fails on price update since launch on 08.19. They were on 08.21, and 08.23.

After some investigation, the cause of various errors seem have become clearer, though not 100% percent sure.

Hopefully, price history update feature will be more stable from now on.

Also #31 is resolved.

Commits seem a little bit dirty, reopening.

Sry for the dirty commit messages, I tried to clean with rebase, but it's a little bit hard to do better. I will be just more careful next time.
