implement comment list

Simple comment list for each skin will be implemented. For now, implemented without login.

functions

• [x] input box for writing a one-line comment
• [x] submit and request to server to save the comment
• [x] get comment list from server and show
• [x] animation when the comment submitted (add the comment to list)
