What about sidebar-unfold and sidebar-fold? I also have used just side-bar toggling between fill and line to indicate a sidebar opening and closing.

We often associate three lines with the term "Menu." Therefore, I suggest using "Menu Open & Close" as a more fitting name. Alternatively, we can explore other tags to enhance the search functionality.
