Incomplete contributions guide #1

Hello, I like the idea of the project, and though I learned geoserver, html, css, SQL, I don't know how much I can contribute with my limited knowledge (since I am not a seasoned developer but just learning mostly on my own). So, I think it is important to work very well on the readme.md file so that it is easy to know how to contribute. At the moment it is not complete. Thanks, /Koffi

Hey Michael! Sure! Actually, I might know enough for even contributing to the code. I would like to even do that.

So, I will come the project as soon as possible and follow the currently described steps to understand what has been done so far, and start by improving the documentation as I can.
