Describe the bug: Sorting alphabetically isn't working and should only sort active sequences.

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Sequences'
  2. Click on 'Sort Alphabetically'
  3. See error

Expected behavior: Only active sequences should be sorted.
