I have been using Remote Falcon for several years. Every year to date your servers end up getting overwhelmed on the busiest night of the year. Cars lined up around the corner, and the light display is not working. While I understand things like this happen, as an IT professional is embarrassing when there is a large crowd in front of your house and your stuff does not work. This has happened so often, I will likely disable the voting service on the first couple of high traffic weekends this year.

It would be nice if you could insert a heartbeat monitoring feature, that when your servers get overwhelmed, it will stop the voting feature, switch the website site wording to off-line, and allow the system to play the local playlist instead. I found the feature allowing Remote Falcon playing ALL PSA announcements a great feature, as when RF is off-line it no longer advertises the website. However, with the website overwhelmed, it does not respond to updating the wording to let people know it is off-line. Obviously it would be great if the service just always worked, but realistically issues are going to come up from time to time, and it would be nice if the service would shut itself off during those times.
