I am unable to replicate the issues you mentioned above regarding song names, interrupt, and PSA.
As for the check box in the UI when you update viewer control, you need to refresh the UI after running the command. The UI does not poll the backend service for changes so it will not update on its own.
my error, on refresh it does slide the tick over for viewer control, but songs are still using the FPP name instead of RF name
after some testing, i had the listener command in FPP going every 5 minutes, i think that was the culprit. would this cause that issue ?
When was the last time you pulled the latest images, specifically for remote-falcon-viewer? I pushed a fix a few weeks ago to address the now playing not using the display name. https://github.com/Remote-Falcon/remote-falcon-viewer/commit/85a44130a26c2062ee43b9330eec9d52924e49f8
Just a few days ago I pulled the latest images. However, as soon as I stopped the FPP command for the listener from happening every 5 minutes the issue also stopped. I feel like this is new since the latest update to the plugin in FPP
when i schedule the FPP command to "turn on viewer control" the webpage shows the list of songs but never ticks the viewer control in the RF control panel. When this happens the show runs really weird, -the song names come up as the FPP name, not the RF name
enable RF in the FPP scheduler, then go to RF control panel and check if the tick box for viewer control is not enabled but the FPP show page allows for picking of songs.
FPP to send the signal to tick the slider in RF, then it looks like show would run correctly
using chrome on a windows PC
also seen on iphone using safari
