My import sorter and formater went a bit crazy. I added a .editorconfig file. If you dont like it, i will remove it :)

Hi @koriwi, thank you for your contribution.

The package is definitely in need of some housekeeping like formatting config, circleci build etc. It would be preferable if it could be done in a separate PR for history conciseness. So would it be possible if you could limit this PR to only adding the subscribeToAll functionality with its tests and definition?
