Email models

I see at least three different email that the user can receive:

• subscription confirmation email
• Image update email
• unsubscription confirmation email

I need to get my hands into AWS SES but I think working with email html models will be useful.

now that database is up and running I can work on the mailing function using AWS Lambda (node) and AWS SES.

it's working (only for remotepixel.ca mail addresses for now but aws SES limitation should be removed soon).

Mail templates are from mailchimp blueprints (https://github.com/mailchimp/Email-Blueprints) but I'm not 100% sure those will render perfectly on every mail.
