add page in اللجان التخصصية doesn't reflect in PC & Mobile in the correct place

1- Open https://www.jkmm.org.sa/ControlPanel/Content/AddEdit?Id=5999 (admin/ 111@admin) 2- Click المحتوى 3- Choose اللجان التخصصية 4- Click اضافة 5- Add page in اللجان التخصصية 6- Click حفظ 7- Check اللجان التخصصية in mobile app & PC

expected result : expected that page that added should be in اللجان التخصصية actual result : not as expected it was added in different place

their are two categories named (اللجان التخصصية) this is what's causing the issue we should delete one of them from db
