Move Up/Down doesn't work #2

It seems the game ignores all attempts to change the camera height and insists on following terrain, even in "free camera" mode. Must find a workaround.

This is actually a more annoying issue than it seems, because if you have the camera looking down, then Move Forward/Backward won't move very fast (or at all) since some/all of that movement gets translated into height change which is then ignored.

Commit e8daa82145a830bb368be40abbc40484044db345 fixes the speed issue. Still can't actually control height though.
