[Docs] Explain Manual Deployment

As an architect, I want to create clear and concise deployment documentation for our application, So that researchers and students can easily follow the instructions.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The deployment document is stored in the code repository under the directory /docs.
• The document is published in the code repository's GitHub Wikis for easy access.
• The instructions are presented in a way that is easy to follow for users, such as a how-to format.

Assumptions

• Our infrastructure and applications are built as Docker containers.
• The infrastructure and applications are working, even if in a minimal state, for the purpose of validating deployment instructions.
• Persistent data is defined using Docker volumes.

Due to time constraints and prioritization, the deployment documentation will explain the manual install/upgrade process - the task title is going to be updated accordingly.

I'll create separate tasks to:

• Design automated deployment solution.
• Implement automated deployment solution.
• Update deployment docs.
