When installing docker compose as explained here: https://docs.docker.com/compose/install/compose-plugin/, on a recent debian based distribution ( through apt install...) it seems that only docker compose v2 will be installed
The installation that is proposed in the SIPMediaDeploy repository is based on the use of the Geerlingguy Docker Ansible Role. It seems that with the version that is used in the role version 4.2.3
, the docker compose
command is not available.
According to this announcement by the Docker team, they have no plans to remove aliasing of docker-compose to docker compose, so it should not cause any issue. However, if you find it relevant, we may remove this from the PR.
Bring a few modifications to make the code of this repository converge with the one on https://github.com/Renater/SIPMediaDeploy
