Availibility of Bengali Language for India and Bangladesh in Google Web Translator #622

I would like to suggest to create a code that would easily be able to convert 
Other Language Scripts to the Bengali Script.It would not only help the people 
of West Bengal,India , but a whole country as big as Bangladesh and NRI across 
the world. Moreover, more than 300 Million across the globe speak Bengali. this 
would be a major step as it is also trying to be one of the official language 
of UN. Even if there is a problem to create a file, you can directly convert 
any language script first to English and then to Bengali.This would however 
lengthen the time of conversion but can give the most approximate conversion 
along with the time required to create a conversion coding will shorten.
