4 Wheel Thunder - loading bar doesn't work #198

Very minor, but maybe affects other games more in some way?

4 Wheel Thunder's loading screens have a progress bar, which gradually fills 
with colour as the game loads. See this video on real hardware:

On nulldc the loading bar stays black, but the game loads ok.

Tested on version r56, default plugins, all PVR/Dynarec options tested.

System specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 x64 (x86 also tested)
CPU: E8500 3.8Ghz
Video Card: Nvidia GTS 250 (ATI X1400 also tested)
Sound Card: Onboard Realtek ALC889A
