GUI - Broadcast Format can't be reset to Default

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open r66 for the first time, note that nullDC Setting->Broadcast Format is 
set to "Default".
2. Change this to something else (NTSC, PAL etc.)
3. Change this back to "Default".
4. Check the setting - it's set to "PAL_N" rather than "Default".

same happens with System region
Change this to something else (USA ,EUR etc.)
Change this back to "Default".

Yeah, whenever you set the broadcast and region the "default" values are 
updated. The option is there to make the emu avoid touching those settings (in 
case you don't want nullDC to mess with them).

Guess I'll set it up to actually save and restore the original setting. That 
will make the option work as you expect. Dunno when I'll get to it though...
