Cant change plugins on version 1.0.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: When I go to plugins page and want to change plugins it just shows the 
default plugins and every field hast just one plugin and it doesnt shows other 
plugins.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: It must show all plugins like vershon 1.0.3 but doesnt 
show.

But instead I see: Just default plugins are shown.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: 1.0.4 r50
I use a nullDC-NoTrace 

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: drkpvr_win32
GDRom Plugin: Imgreader_win32
AICA Plugin: nullAICA_win32
ARM7 Plugin: vbaARM_win32
Maple Plugin(s): drkmapledevices_win32
Ext.Device Plugin: nullextdevice_win32

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: windows xp sp2
CPU: Intel Celeron 2.8
Video Card: nVidea Gforce FX6200
Sound Card: realtek

Some outdated plugins were taken out of 1.0.4, such as the Chankast video and 
znullGD plugins.

so how do i boot the nrg image file?the default plugin cant read it...

This is an issue because the nullDC plugins have issues with Shenmue 2 and 
chankaPVR seems to run better and with less bugs.
