LOGO REL_ANGLE_TO_HOME and REL_ANGLE_TO_GOAL need inverting, get_angle_to_point() needs 180 deg added #89

The function get_angle_to_point() needs 180 deg added (and checked again) to 
work properly, REL_ANGLE_TO_HOME and REL_ANGLE_TO_GOAL need inverting.
Also the comment should reflect the change.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
