RT64 for Mac #100

When I try to use tester_rt64_alpha for macOS, it doesn't work. I tried these:

  1. gmake RENDER_API=RT64 -j4
  2. gmake -j4
  3. gmake -j

But every time I try those, I end up with Render96 in the low-poly promo model with NO RAYTRACING.

A little late, but RT64 only works on Windows. It does not have support for Mac or Linux.
