Fix compilation with GCC 14 on macOS (alpha Branch) #116

Hi, I've recently tried to build the latest version of the game on macOS and it has failed for two reasons:

  1. Whoever merged the new macOS overrides accidentally duplicated the overrides with both the old and new versions.
  2. Tools also need the -fpermissive flag to build (at least on macOS).

@AndratVA, happy to do open a PR for other branches assuming that you are willing to accept the contributions(I'm not opening other PRs right now as my other contributions to Render96ex have been kept on hold ... and then indirectly finding their way to Render96 anyway 🤷)
