Fixes the ending desync that occurs due to engine rework to accomodate 30 and 60 FPS. Was never reported for some reason and outlooked in my #117 issue because that was off-topic.
The aim was to sync it as much as possible to the music, with N64 US version as a reference point. Tried to avoid as much akward long pauses since I didn't want to take risk editing the camera.
