Alpha fails to launch with error "No language files found, aborting."

Running windows 7 64 bit

Tried clearing repo, reinstalling dependencies, compiled multiple times with no errors

I don't think it'll work on a Windows 7 machine :/

unless you compile explicitly with DirectX12 or something, I see no reason why it wouldn't work
