Virtual camera works in OBS but not Unity

Describe the bug Virtual camera works in OBS but not in Unity. It's always marked as stopped even though it is open and streaming.

Your Setup (please complete the following information):

• Unity version: 2019.2.0f1
• AVPro Live Camera version: current ver. 2.8.0
• Operating system version: Windows 10
• Hardware/webcam model: Zcam E2 + Ethernet cable + PC
• Video mode (resolution, frame-rate, etc): 4K, 200 Mbps, FPS 29.97, H264 (But none of the resolutions I tested worked)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: All the steps are explained in the video link included in this bug post.

Logs I do not have any logs. Maybe there's some log somewhere that I could get?

It was a codec issue. I installed KLite codec pack and it worked!
