[Enhancement] Add support for container formats other than mov/mp4/avi

我用了插件想录屏导出好几种视频格式，发现只有视频编码格式的选择，没有视频导出格式的选择。目前 测试下来只有MP4和avi的视频格式有，但是其他格式的视频没有看到哪里可以设置

I used the plug-in to record the screen and export it to several video formats, but found that there was only a choice of video encoding format, but no choice of video export format. At present, according to the test, only MP4 and avi video formats are available, but for other formats of video, I have not seen where to set them.

We currently only support the set of container formats that are provided by the platform which can be quite limited. If you let us know which platform you're using and the container format you would like to be able to use then we may be able to investigate if it is possible to add support.
