The issue
Videos are being recorded with variable framerate. Close to the desired value, but really inconsistent.
This is equal to this issue I created a while ago:

but, this time, for macOSX instead of IOS
Left, windows (perfect 23.98fps) , Right MACOSX (24.50fps)
