[Bug] [macOSX] Inconsistent framerate when recording on macOSX #363

The issue

Videos are being recorded with variable framerate. Close to the desired value, but really inconsistent.

This is equal to this issue I created a while ago:

but, this time, for macOSX instead of IOS

Left, windows (perfect 23.98fps) , Right MACOSX (24.50fps) image

it seems you guys already 'fixed' it

i just had to set the capture to 'fixed'!
