Build example only when it's turned on in CMake #21

The WITH_EXAMPLE flag was being ignored.

WITH_EXAMPLE was exposed accidentally (it was an MKL-DNN option), and Open Image Denoise since v1.2.0 has the OIDN_APPS option for this purpose, so I'm closing this. Thanks!
