Warning: SetThreadGroupAffinity failed #32

I have 6 core / 12 threads intel processor and get this warning a bit randomly. Maybe 3-4 times. This is on Windows 7. What can be the cause?

We have been unable to reproduce this issue so far, but we have had one or two reports also from Windows 7 users. Do you have a reliable reproducer? Can you also reproduce the issue in Windows 10?
