Grid artifics with isosurfaces rendering #384

The dataset is magnetic reconnection. There are grid artifacts with isosurfaces rendering.

It also looks like with AO on (latest release-2.x and vkl devel) I see a lot of self-occlusion artifacts with implicit isosurfaces in https://github.com/Twinklebear/mini-osp-vis

With AO off I also do still see some of the wavy artifacts highlighted in @MengjiaoH 's image too
