Particle Volumes: OSPRay crashes with 0 radius particles #510

Fixed in https://github.com/openvkl/openvkl/commit/4dc34afa5469a8ab4fc0cd2a06b6c1e31b704165 and will be available in the next release.

Open VKL v1.3.0 is now used, which includes the fix.
