Hashing for visual data #32

Currently CompareAllExampleScenes () computes comparison statistics which are naive with respect to how an image "looks" overall. For example the statistics don't distinguish noisy artifacts from treu features.

There exist hash functions for visual data. We might like to explore them and / or draw from them.
